Mauricio did a fantastic job. He wore shoe covers and placed a tarp under his tools/equipment. I'm very pleased with the outcome. My countertops look brand new.

The provider was very good at checking the granite for any flaws and then cleaned and power sealed it. He was very helpful with providing information on its care and answering our questions. And he was very pleasant to talk to.

Greg came to provide an estimate, and in doing so he explained in great detail the work that would be done and demonstrated the potential results. After getting two other estimates, I selected Sir Grout primarily because of Greg's demonstration. The work was easy to schedule. Scott and Jason did a great job, and we are very happy with the results. Although they were running late, Scott called to let me know in advance and was very apologetic. They did the work quickly and thoroughly and were very accommodating about working around my dog management issues. I recommend Sir Grout Baltimore very highly.

The worker assigned to our house presented himself very professionally. He worked very hard all day to remove as much of the old finish, dirt and grime, and more. While the slate does not look like new, the improvement is dramatic and we are very pleased with it. We feel that we got our money's worth. We had tried some cleaning ourselves, but to no avail.
